Made in the USA out of heavy-duty RIP Stop vinyl with heavy duty straps that are made out of the same material, so you don’t need any chains. NO sand! Each bag is filled only with compressed fabric, weighing 20 lbs. when full (bag will ship filled). A 500 lb. material capacity means you can add up to 500 lbs. of extra weight to the bag. PRO Heavy-duty D-rings have extra padding to prevent flipping of the rings.
