The PRO USA Wooden Wing Chun Dummy is a space saving Wooden Dummy. This beautiful hand-carved dummy is made of solid hardwood; finished to the brilliant quality of fine furniture by authentic traditional makers in China. The Wooden Dummy is used to develop timing, arm and leg co-ordination, proper use and application of force, distance, judgement, footwork, and to teach practitioners how to flow smoothly from technique to technique. It is also used to toughen the limbs, although this is not the primary function of the dummy.
